How to participate at the Fair?
The Fairís Commercial Office has developed highly competitive proposals for our exhibitors which allow a real balance between costs and market opportunities.
1. With a Stand
Furnished or unfurnished, from a base of 4, 8 or 12 square meters or multiples, a unique opportunity for visibility and a platform of exhibition prestige.
2. With a Display Panel
Furnished or unfurnished, an economical solution that gives complete visibility during the event, releasing the exhibitor from the operating costs of a stand.

3. Organise a Cultural Event
(conferences, roundtables, workshops in the laboratory etc)
Promote an event at the Fair to enjoy a selected and international audience; be leaders in Florence, a hub of culture and a city renowned for art and restoration.
The cultural events will be presented during the 3 days of the Fair in specially furnished rooms in the exhibition or in prestigious venues in the centre of Florence.
For exhibitors (present with stand or display panel), institutions, bodies partners and sponsors, the events are included in the participation fee in the partnership and sponsorship agreements..
For those who do not meet the above requirements the organisation of an event is subject to sending the Events Abstract and covering the costs listed in the Events Participation Request.
